Could someone who has the 1841 census check for a family for me in Tyldesley? James Eckersley, may be about age 31 with a son, John Eckersley, age about 7 or 8, supposed to have been born in Tyldesley according to the 1881 census That is all I know of the family at this point, and the father James may be the one who died in 1847, aged 37 per FreeBMD. Alternatively, if someone has the 1851 census or index, could you check for a John Eckersley, aged about 17/18 in Tyldesley? And any others that he might be living with...
