    3. Dear John, Thank you for your interesting reply. I have not yet done very much research into the Jackson line. All I know is that Elizabeth Jackson was married to Thomas Hampson in July 1891 in St Peters Church, Hindley. She was 20 years of age and lived at Waltham Lane, Platt Ridge. Her father was John Jackson, a collier and the marriage was witnessed by Harry Jackson & Mary Dawson. I think that I recall my father speaking of his Uncle Harry so guess the witness, Harry, was Elizabeth's brother. Anyway, I will continue the search and if I find any connections with your Jacksons I will let you know. 3. Hi Brian, I do not know if it was a typo, but I am sure you mean Platt Bridge. Yours, Bernie Davies. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Hampson" <ttibrian@hotmail.com> To: <ENG-LAN-LEIGH-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2003 6:59 PM Subject: [(ENG-LEIGH)] Re: [(ENG-LEIGH)] Re: [(ENG-LEIGH)] Hampson Line > Dear John, > > Thank you for your interesting reply.
