Hi everyone Im new to this list and was just wondering if anyone can help me to find my gt grandad father. I do not have much to go on.His name is John William BRIDGE.I belive he was born in 1851 as he was down as being 29 on his marr cert.Someone said they thought he came from Blackburn but again i have no proof at this time. His occ was a cook and as he was missing from the 1881 census someone said he may have been at sea. His father again going by his marr cert was called john BRIDGE. If anyone can help me i would be very greatful as i have tried to find him and just dont seem to have any luck. With Thanks Diane
