Hello. I'm seeking all information on ancestors listed below and family,living and deceased. Grandfather,Robert McMaster,born 1869,Marsden, Yorkshire, England. Grandmother,Edith Eccleston, bornSt. Helens(Leigh), Lancashire county 1874. Children:Robert,Agnes,Fannie (my mother) and James.Both lived in Leigh St. Hellens area,from about1870 to 1905 when the family began migratingto America.Grandfather, Robertplayed rugby in the Leigh, Wigan, St. Hellens areas. Also played with the LEIGH RUGBY CLUB as a coal miner in the mid 1880's and early 1900's ,until his moving to America in 1905.He was an All County Forward for Lancashire county during that period. Great grandparents : Robert McMaster (coal miner) born 1842 Scotland? Ann (Roberts) McMaster born on or about 1839 Ireland? Children: Robert , William, Mathew, Andrew, Samuel, Ben, all born in England. Later lived in Leigh area. Great grandparents: Isaac Eccleston, born o/a 1842, St Helenes, England Harriet Eccleston, born o/a 1840 , in St Helene's Children: Edith, James, Edmond.
