I am looking for information on the marriage of BERTHA LOWE to BENJAMIN BANKS. The wedding was registered at Leigh in the June quarter 1992. I think this Bertha Lowe was born in 1896 father Sampson Lowe, mother Mary Ellen Lowe (nee Pilkington). Sampson Lowe being the half brother of my grandfather Peter Lowe. I hope someone can help.
