Planning to visit the Fylde area en route to Scotland so that I can take some photos of family addresses, visit cemeteries etc. Can anyone recommend a quaint pub with rooms or rural hotel in the area? We're looking for a very peaceful location but most websites seem to direct me to the hotspots of Blackpool - not that I have anything against the place as I'm born and bred Blackpool!!
