Hi Olive - yes I thought that - quite nice though that it is now the library - where peeps go to research. Thatching - now there's an idea I hadn't thought of, and there are quite a few tatched roofs still out that way. In my job I used to have to go from Lancaster to Kirkham quite a lot and remember the thatches I passed. Thank you for the photo ofer anyway - it was very kind of you.
