Listers, I am looking for anyone researching Hopkinsons in Fylde. The earliest mention I can find is in 1827 when Edward Hopkinson married Elizabeth Garner (Gardner) in Bispham. Prior to this date, I find no Hopkinsons in Fylde. Edward was originally from Bury, but his 3 sons James, Thomas and Edward settled in the Blackpool area (James later moved to Liverpool). I am looking for any other Hopkinson researchers to share information.
