Hi Olive Thanks so much for this info - that is absolutely brilliant!!!!! and sounds like the same. I have them as married on 1868 at Holy Trinity aged 22years and also found a marriage of a James - with father also James so could be her brother. Her witness on her marriage is a Grace Cookson (one of her children is also named Grace obviously after her sister. Her first daughter is called Elizabeth so I thought that might have been her mothers name which you have confirmed. Can you possibly give me the name of Ellen's siblings.
