Hi everyone this is my first time at this so please be patient. I am trying to find my GGrandfather who according the 1881 census was born in Manchester in 1841 but on the census he was a mariner but not at home with his wife in Bagillt Flint Wales who name I have been told was Harriet Benjamin b 1840 in Bagillt. At the time of the census it just said she was the head of the house married to a mariner so one must assume he was at sea. My request is for sks to find him on earlier census in Manchester.
