Hello: I am trying to find out where to write to obtain birth, marriage, death certificates for ancestors born in the Eccles area. I have written to the Manchester Register but they advise they only cover Manchester City and not Greater Manchester. I have written to the Kingslea, Barton Rd. Swinton Address and they forwarded the letter to the Manchester Register. I would really appreciate knowing where to write or an e-mail address for records.
