Unfortunately, when I do a search for Neville (of which I thought was an uncommon name), I get over 5000 hits alone for 1917-18 and it won't show me any. I have done some Census checking from 1901 and used the FreeBMD (births) also to try and narrow down some, but so far with no luck. So far no names appear on both lists!
