This is certainly the right John Booth, his father was Richard and his mother is Ann Unknown. It is my belief that Richard and Ann were married at St. Peter's or possible Edgeworth and I believe Ann was baptized there also. I just wish I knew her maiden name. Much of my information is from person's long gone, and I have inherited it. I am slowing in the process of sourcing it properly. Hi Jan and Valerie, I have found a marriage at Bolton le Moors on the 26.10.1742 for a Richard Booth and Ann Kay. Someone has put that Richard Booth was born about 1717 of Edgworth.
