However, I managed to get to the Archives today and found that the occupant of No. 32 Walter Street in the 1913 Electoral List (compiled the previous autumn) was ROBERT MANN. The building was listed as a house. Walter Street is/was in the Derby Street area of Bolton. Cheers, Valerie
