Thank you for your reply. I don't know if your WALLWORKS have any connection to mine. Tom is the only one I know of except his daughters Alwyn and Vera. I do know they came to Canada sometime before the outbreak of WW II. I met Violet in Fort Erie in 1967 when she was on her way back from Florida. I have found two possibles for Violet ALDRED on the FreeBMD both in 1893 one in Barton upon Irwell the other Bolton. Most of my other ALDREDS were registered in Barton upon Irwell. They should be on the 1901 census if anyone is able to look them up for me. It would be very much appreciated. It might give me an idea about parentage if I have the entries.
