It looks like the nearest to Swan lane is St Paul & Emannuel which is across the main road off Cannon street. In the old-maps website which shows Bolton in about 1850 the Church is called Emannuel. It has a beautiful photo of the Church (it is Church of England) and then the webmaster asks for all different kinds of info. on the Church because his records are lacking.
