Hi Nancy A quick search didn't seem to turn up anything, so I did the same search in 1861 and found nothing there either. Brady is the sort of name that gets mistranscribed easily so that might be the problem. Can you give the refs (Piece/Folio/Page) for the 1861 census. There might be some lead that can be followed.
