I wish I was still living in Bolton, as it's quite hard to do research like this remotely with all the records there. St. Peter's, Bolton George Brindle, bachelor of this parish and Mary Butterworth, spinster of this parish, married by Banns 24.5.1835. Wit. Thomas Thompson. I also tried to find the baptism of James Hulme at St. Peter's. I checked all of 1834 and up to August in 1835. This is all I had time to do. I will carry on the next time I go to town.
