HI, I am most intrigued with your police detective father and his address on Peel Street. I'm only guessing, but was his police station on Peel Street and he lived close to work? Of course I am referring to Peelian Reform and the possibility the street was named after the great man, Mr. Peel. Love this list for the trivia about Bolton to be learned here.
