Hello List members. I am on the trail of the children of Ellen Calderley & Thomas Leach. In 1891 Son Thomas Leach [born 1856] was a farmer at Lower Sheep Hill farm Tottington, Lower End (RG12/3129/120/14) In 1901 Thomas was a Farmer: Sheep Hill, Tottington, Lancs. (RG13/3635/61/7) Also in 1901, older brother James Leach [born 1847] was a Farmer at Bridges Farm, Tottington, Lancs. (RG13/3635/67/19) Can anyone tell me anything about these farms? Hi Joan I have been waiting to see if anyone else could help you as my info is limited. Tottington is in Bury so info on the children of Thomas and James and there brother John should be found in records in the Bury area .The two farms were off Harwood rd in Tottington but I think they must have changed names over the years.
