When you say 'baptism cert.' do you mean a copy of the baptism entry in the Parish records? If so, do you know which church this took place at? If not, you'll have to start looking for the nearest churches to where Elizabeth was living at the time of Eliza's birth, and then look through the records - sometimes you may be lucky and find transcriptions online, but otherwise you'll have to rely on the generosity of people in the area to look up the records at local archives - or you could order the film of the church you're interested in from your local LDS Family history Centre, and trawl through the records yourself. Good luck - it can be a long and boring task - much patience is needed!
