Sorry not to be more help. In one way it was quite an easy search because Christian names beginning with Z aren't that coomon -two Zillahs, a Zoe, a Zacchaeus and two Zachariahs. The other possibility is a variant spelling - Leigh or Ley are obvious possibilities. I spent about an hour yesterday looking for a marriage where I knew the names of both parties and when it had taken place to within about five years. It took ages because the bridegroom was actually called Hurtley but has got into the registers as Hartley while his wife, whose name on her birth certificate is Browning, was married as Craven, the name of her natural father who was killed in the First World War! When I have some time (workmen about to descend) I will try some possibilities. Best wishes Alice Clarke
