Hello everyone, >From time to time I used to post to the Lancs lists and offer to do look ups for soldiers names from a Battalion book I have (my Great Grandfathers) on the 2/6th Liverpool Rifles (WW1). I decided that it might be a good idea to create a website (very basic one!) where I can post all of the soldiers names and some more information from the book for anyone to access. It's still very much a work in progress (I only started it today!) but I have stored the A surnames and the B surnames so far. I will continue to try to do the rest as quickly as possible and will try to let the lists know of updates. If anyone has anything to contribute on this particular battalion I would love to add as much as possible to the website! Thank you, Tamara - Australia.
