I would invite my gt gt gt grandfather Joseph NUTTALL who fought in the Peninsular Wars 1808-14. I would ask him who the other Joseph NUTTALL was in the same 6th Foot Regiment at the same time! His first child Ellen was born in France so when did his wife join him and for how long. Did he travel with his regiment to Niagara to fight the Americans after being wounded in The Pyrenees or did he stay in France through injuries. Finally I would ask him why he was listed as a widower in 1851 when his wife Jane was in Boltron with their son Joseph! Question questions..... Chris in snowy Lancashire.
