    3. Does anyone know which ports were used by emigrants in the 1800-1900 for Australia ,South Africa ect.? were they Kent ports I.E Gravesend Dover. regards Bob Bourne

    3. One of my ancestors travelled to New Zealand from London in the 1800's. This was a regular port of departure as the ship he sailed on sailed the same route the following year and was in collision with another ship in the channel with the loss of all aboard.
