    3. Dear Bob, Thanks again for the information. Regarding Elizabeth Bourne's missing baptism: From the Poor Rate Assessments I know that Thomas Webb was at Little World, Redbrook Street, in June 1753. The first reference I have to George Bourne living there is in 1760, which means that he moved to Woodchurch at some point between June 1753 and 1760. James Bourne was baptised at Warehorne in 1754, so probably after that date. It should be easy to check at what point George arrived in the village, down to the nearest 6 months, by checking the assessments in between 1753 and 1760, and therefore to have some idea whether Elizabeth was baptised at Woodchurch or Warehorne. Do the BTs exist for Warehorne/Woodchurch at that date? If she didn't make it to the Parish Regs, she just might be in the BTs. (Forgive me if you've already looked there and told me!!) Shall now go away and think some more. Best wishes, Josie
