Dear Bob: I have this on my records: Hothfield PR's: < William Bourne gave affidavit at burial of RICHARD BEECHING - 1820 Jan 16 Burial age 67> Not sure about the accurancy as I made this rather poor note when I was new to F.H. ! My own interest is with Dorcas Bourne b 1725, dau of Daniel & Dorcas in Hothfield; there are many records of BOURNES to be found around this time in Hothfield; Dorcas Bourne b 1725 = 1) Robert Wood & 2) William Wood; the WOOD and BOURNE families seem to have many links throughout the generations- there are MI's to both in the same area of Hothfield Churchyard. I hope this is of help to someone/ anyone!
