Dear Lindsay I have a Pearson ancestor, Sarah Pearson who married Thomas Fullagar at Woodchurch 16 Sept 1777. She was a parishioner of Bethersden at the time of her marriage. She died 10th August 1804 and her age was given as 72 so probably born about 1732. I could find no christening of a Sarah Pearson at Bethersden 1727-1737. Can you help with her and her parents please? From my extensive database of Holyer/Hollyer I can only find one Holyer/Pearson marriage, that of Esther Holyer to Henry Pearson on 10 May 1899 at Woodchurch. He was the son of William Pearson and Ann Weaver. If you have other marriages from the 18th century period you quote above, I would be keen to know about them.
