I am descended from Thomas Pearson (originally from Betherden but later of Woodchurch) and Ann Wilkinson (originally from Linton) Their children were, John b 1720, Mary b 2 May 1722, Thomas b 15 Aug 1723, Ann b 10 April 1726, Catherine b 20 June 1734, Thomas II b 5 Jun 1737 and Susanna b 22 Oct 1743. Marriages into the Pearson family include Bourne, Ditton, Fuggle, Fullagher, Hart, King, Hollyer, Markwick and Turner. If you have any connection with these names I would like to hear from you. From my extensive database of Holyer/Hollyer I can only find one Holyer/Pearson marriage, that of Esther Holyer to Henry Pearson on 10 May 1899 at Woodchurch. He was the son of William Pearson and Ann Weaver. If you have other marriages from the 18th century period you quote above, I would be keen to know about them. Hello Lindsay, I have a Charlotte Pearson b)1818 from Bethersden who married James Brown of b)1816 of Woodchurch. Her father was Edward Pearson who married Elizabeth ? on July 4th 1819. They had six children and one was an Edward b) 1821 who married Frances Fuggle.
