Hi Alan I couldn't see any Wrightons in Kimbolton in 1841, but I wasn't really expecting to see either of your Williams, for if William was born in 1840/41 in Hargrave Northants I would have thought that Hargrave would be the place to start looking. Have you posted a request on the Northants board? William was aged 20 and 30 on the 1861 and 1871 censuses living with Emma at Kimbolton and Graffham respectively. But I couldn't see a William in 1861 age 47 born at Kimbolton. Do you have the 1840 marriage cert which will give you William senior's occupation?
