Dear Listers, I am related (through the CLIFTONs) to some (late) FISHERs at Huntingdon, notably Edward Henry FISHER, who kept The Fountain Hotel in the 1880s, his widow, Mrs Mary Jane FISHER (nee ALLEN), who also kept The Fountain and, later, The George Hotel, in the early 1900s, and their son Edward Henry FISHER, who was a Draper, Milliner, Hosier, Glover, Tailor, Hatter, etc. at two shops in the High Street, numbers 107 and 121, around 1910.
