I now have a new lineof enquiry; My Gt Gt Grandfather's sister, Honor DaSilva PALMER, bnp 24 March 1822, in Burwell, Cambs; married one John DAWSON from Exning, Cambs in abt 1842. BUT their descendants (along with our unique names) appear to be in St Ives according to a family letter that I have just received a copy of. [The unique names being Delfina/Delphina; Ryfealyer; Unather; Lapauldro - they come from having Honor having a Portuguese grandmother.] Has anyone a DAWSON in their family tree?
