Dear Elizabeth, If you subscribe in digest mode you don't have this problem - all the messages in one e-mail, labelled HUNTINGDON! I have seen other lists where WRY (West Riding) or other things are added and I don't like it at all. I find it detracts from the messages - but then we get all our gen email in digest form. Obviously this is my personal preference, but my most used lists don't do this. You can set up mail rules in Outlook express to sort mail according to, for example, whomever sent it. I have my Hunts mail sorted automatically into that folder (which I set up), other lists into their folders and directly addressed mail into another. It's a great method for those who don't like the digest mode (like me!). Go to TOOLS then MESSAGE RULES then MAIL and use the help menu if you need to.
