For two family Reunions, we have devised an enquiry form to assist those providing information, the first a general form which provides Data for five generations of family, the other a follow up to update data previously received. I attach these ( in Word '98 format) for what they are worth. All you need to do is replace the family name with yours and tidy up the approach. Cheers Jim Martin
