Hi, My gg grandfather George Jonathan WATTS born in 1819 in Chesterton, Hunts. is recorded on the IGI to have 5 brothers Charles (b 1809), James John (1811), William (1813), Joseph (1815) and Cecil Henry (1822). I cannot find anything more about any of these brothers. I have used soundex and wildcards on IGI, census records (from 1851), Ancestry, BMD to no avail. Any ideas, suggestions gratefully received. I do not have access to the 1841 census - can anybody see them there. I have copied this to the London list as George Jonathan WATTS came to London. Thanks Yvonne

Hi Yvonne In 1841 HO107/452-03 folio 5B Cates Cabin, Chesterton John Watts 55 Inn keeper Elizabeth Watts 60 George Watts 20 All born in county None of his elusive brothers were in Chesterton that I could see. Have you checked the parish register for possible burials? The LDS has filmed the BTs which include burials for this period. The NBI for Chesterton stops at 1800.
