Hello List I am researching my POWELL ancestors. I have John Powell who married Mary Mason in Yaxley Hunts 11 August 1850 John's Father was James POWELL a Blacksmith Mary's father was Thomas Mason a Labourer I have looked through the 1841 census for Yaxley but the Powells do not appear as far as I can see. Has anyone come across a James POWELL born abt 1795? Any information on the POWELL's of Huntingdonshire would be very welcome. Regards Richard.

Greetings All! I wonder if anyone has any information on one of my ancestors? His name is Jabez COLE b. Rendham or Woodbridge, Suffolk abt. 1759. Married Elizabeth STAMMERS in Melton, Suffolk 1790. They had a total of nine children named Salome Stammers COLE, Thomas COLE, Martha COLE, Mary Cole, Joseph COLE, Harriet COLE, Charlotte COLE, and Elizabeth COLE. My research showed Jabez was a farmer of Chatfield, and was buried at All Saints, Grafham on Feb. 27, 1833. All I have at present, and any help appreciated! Regards, David in NW Florida
