I have the University of Hertfordshire Press transcription of the 1851 census for the Great Berkhamsted Region of Herts, which includes Tring and surrounding Hertfordshire villages. The index for this lists no SELL, SEAL or SEALE entries at all. I don't have access to 1841 information, unfortunately.
