Please could I ask some kind person with access to either the 1891 or 1901 census to do a look-up for ALBERT WILLIAM HOWARD *1881, living at 80 Queens Ave, Watford, Herts. Information on other family members living at same address would be of great help. Unfortunately I do not know where in Eng. he was born and he also seems to have just missed 1881 census.
