Hello Keith I think that it would be best to look on the 1837online website for the marriage http://www.1837online.com/ The marriage certificate would give you the name of Jack Smith's father. I suggest you look for the marriage using Margot Rosenburg's name as there will probably be a lot of Jack Smiths around. You will need to buy the viewing 'units' but £5 goes quite a long way.
