This message is being posted on behalf of Nigel Stone - _Nigel.Stone@metron.co.uk_ (mailto:Nigel.Stone@metron.co.uk) "I am not a member of the family but am trying to contact the family of Jeremiah INNS, the reason will become apparent below. I recently purchased an old Bentley which was originally delivered to Jeremiah INNS at Springfield House, High Street, Stevenage on 16th September 1935. Over the years the car has passed through many hands, some neglecting it whilst others have made alterations. 70 years ago the chassis was sent to coach builders (Arthur Mulliner of Northampton) who put a body on to the client's specification. Arthur Mulliner no longer exist and very few examples of their work survive. I was wondering, therefore, if any of the surviving family possesses photographs of the car which could be useful when restoring it back to original condition. If the INNS family is known to you, I would be obliged if could forward this message to them. Are you aware that the hertfordshire Record Society had their AGM at Springfield House on 11th June this year and a short article on the house and J. INNS appears in their newsletter No.19 available on the web. Best regards Nigel Stone Tel: 01380 812980 Mob: 07798 672662 Myrtle Cottage Low Road Devizes Wilts. SN10 4JY."
