I have two photographs of Old Park Road Hitchin. One shows the junction with Paynes Park in 1895 and the other portrays the Waggon and Horses pub on the corner with Tilehouse Street 1970 before the County Court was built. Are these of any interest? Hitchin Museum has a grand collection of old photographs which may include Old Park Road. They allow digital photography and I beleive they will copy photos for you. Philip
