Hi Keith, I had a quick look at the 1837online site, but didn't find an Emily Charge marriage in Watford for 1907/08 - are you sure of the year? I didn't look for William Smith because it is such a common name & there will probably be number of them. I notice there are four Charge marriages on FreeBMD between 1901 and 1909, but none of them is Emily. One however is a James in 1907 which I also found on 1837online. Could these Charge's be siblings of Emily?
