Yo, Hugh, Thank you for the welcome message. This is my first posting to the list. I`m hoping that SKS can help me. I have the death certificate of Cynthia Ann Collins, aged two, daughter of John Anthony Collins, of 75, Westfield Ave., Watford, who drowned in the River Colne, Rudlett Rd., 13 th June, 1940. There would surely have been an inquest, and a report in the local newspaper. Can someone please point me in the right direction, as I am not of the area ? Best wishes, Ceri.
