Hello Tezz, The cheapest is the local County Records Office to get the record details or a local Mormon Family History Centre, see http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/RG/frameset_rg.asp I forgot http://www.familyrelatives.org is quite good for Birth Marriage Death records - I have found it more cost effective than http://www.familyrelatives.org Pre about 1905 you can use http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/ the same on www.Ancestry.com with less detail. But they are not complete records. But Free BMD will leed you to the local Registry Office [its cheaper for certificates normally]. Also look at http://www.genesconnected.co.uk/ that is free and may solve some problems.
