Well as this is a list and everybody has done what you have done and listed their surname interests, all questions, answers and hints and hopes come to everybody on that list. I have no interest in Butterfield but I read your entry and it looks as though no one else has a connection at the moment. But don't be impatient. I got some information yestrday for a question I had asked in 1999. Lurk a bit. YOur question is there in the list archives and someone will spot it. But after a few weeks you can send it again.
