Dear list Would it be possible for sks to assist with the 1871 Census for St Albans. Assumed address was Portland Street, St Michael's, St Albans, Herts. William Cockle, abt 47y as head of family with wife Sarah. To my knowledge they had several children, but as yet only confirmed 5 - George (b.1855), Emma (b.1856), William (b.1859), Eliza (b.1861) and Rosanna (b.1863) as yet haven't proved how long they lived. Any assistance would be appreciated.
