Hello Al Rose USA, I could not get the marriage on the IGI and FreeBMD has 2 marriages in the Surrey part of London. What I would suggest an appeal for a 1861 Census in Hemel. I looked in 1871 and I kept getting ALFRED GEORGE with birthplace Watford with the right age.
