Still hoping SKS might be able to find William Hills and his son John in 1841. John's place of birth is given as Broxbourne and his age 24 in 1851. In 1871 he's 42/43 (hard to read) and in 1881 he's 50 - born in Hoddesdon on both of these. His marriage certificate shows his father was William Hills. So in 1841 John should be about 12 (or rounded down to 10?) Would really appreciate some help - many thanks. Thelma
