Thanks so much Jan, I did find the Josh/Nellie and William that you did, but the Josh I am looking for was married to Elizabeth Packford and she was also born in Waltham Abbey the same as her children. Josh was the son of William and Mary Page of Hertfordshire (Ware) and Elizabeth was the daughter of William and Ann Packford of Waltham Abbey, William Packford I believe ran or lived at the OLD ENGLISH GENTLEMAN pub in Highbridge st, Waltham Abbey in the 1870's and is living (widowed) with son Charles in Cheshunt in 1891.
