I am also looking for a Mary SMITH who married a John BUTTERFIELD 1730 in Gt Gaddesden,he was christened 1716 Tring.Her parents William SMITH and Mary LOFTY.I do not know when she was born but her parents where married 1719 in Little Gaddesden. Any help on the Smiths or Lofty's would be great. thanks regards Josie
